If you’ve been searching for a Middle Village dispensary, you’re not alone — and you’re closer than you think. Woodhaven Cannabis Co. is a New York State licensed adult-use dispensary located at 6308 Woodhaven Blvd, just a short drive or bus ride from Middle Village, right on the Rego Park and Glendale border.
Whether it’s your first time visiting a legal dispensary or you’re a regular looking for a convenient Queens spot, here are five things worth knowing before you head over.
1. The Middle Village Dispensary You’re Looking for Is Literally Minutes Away
Middle Village sits right up against Woodhaven Blvd, which means getting to Woodhaven Cannabis Co. is genuinely easy. The store is at 6308 Woodhaven Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374 — accessible by car, bike, or the Q11, Q21, or Q38 bus lines that run along Woodhaven Blvd and nearby corridors.
Because of the neighborhood geography, this Middle Village dispensary option is often closer than anything further into the borough. If you’ve been settling for unlicensed shops just because they felt nearby, a licensed alternative is genuinely within reach.
Speaking of licensed vs. unlicensed: New York’s Office of Cannabis Management makes it easy to verify a dispensary’s license. Woodhaven Cannabis Co. holds OCM licence OCM-CAURD-25-000256, so you know every product on the shelf has gone through state testing and compliance checks.
2. You Need a Valid ID — No Exceptions
This one is simple but worth saying clearly. Everyone who shops at a Middle Village dispensary — or any licensed New York dispensary — must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. That means a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
The same rule applies if you’re ordering delivery. The driver will check your ID at the door, every time. No ID, no sale — that’s the law, and Woodhaven Cannabis Co. takes it seriously.
3. How Ordering and Pickup Actually Work
One of the most underrated parts of visiting a Middle Village dispensary — or any Queens dispensary — is learning how the pickup flow works before you arrive. At Woodhaven Cannabis Co., you have two options: walk in, or order ahead online.
Online orders can be placed at our menu starting 15 minutes before the store opens, up until 20 minutes before close. Most orders are ready in about 15 minutes, so you can often walk in and walk out without waiting around. It’s a genuinely smooth experience once you’ve done it once.
If you prefer walking in and talking through your options, the staff is there for exactly that. Not sure whether flower, a vape, or an edible is the right fit? If you’ve never thought much about the difference, our post on cannabis edibles vs. smoking is a helpful starting point before you visit.
4. Delivery Is Available — and It’s Free
Can’t make it in? Woodhaven Cannabis Co. delivers to Middle Village and a range of surrounding neighborhoods including Glendale, Maspeth, Forest Hills, Rego Park, Kew Gardens, Elmhurst, Woodhaven, and more. Delivery is free, same-day until 9pm, with an $80 minimum order.
As a Middle Village dispensary option, this is one of the more practical perks — you don’t have to travel if you’d rather not. Just place your order online, have your ID ready, and a driver will come to you.
Payment at delivery (and in store) is accepted by cash, debit card, or Aeropay. Credit cards are not accepted at this time, so it’s worth knowing that before you arrive.
5. Hours, Products, and What to Expect Inside
Store hours at this Middle Village dispensary nearby are: Monday–Thursday 8am–10pm, Friday 8am–11pm, Saturday 9am–11pm, Sunday 9am–10pm. The 8am weekday opening is earlier than most dispensaries in Queens — useful if you want to stop in before work or before the weekend crowds.
Inside, you’ll find flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals, and accessories — all from licensed New York State growers. The selection changes regularly, so browsing the live menu at woodhavencannabis.com/store before you go is always a good idea.
If you’re unsure what format is right for you, don’t overthink it. The staff can walk you through options based on what you’re looking for. And if you want to do some reading beforehand, our guides on how cannabis vaporizers work and what to know before buying pre-rolls cover two of the most popular product categories in plain language.
There’s also a rewards program tied to your phone number — just ask at the register to get signed up on your first visit.
If you’re curious what the experience looks like in other nearby neighborhoods, we’ve put together similar guides for Maspeth and Kew Gardens — the basics are the same, but each has local detail worth knowing.
