If you’ve been searching for weed delivery Queens and wondering whether it’s actually legal, reliable, and worth trying, you’re in the right place. Same-day cannabis delivery from a licensed New York State dispensary is very much a real option — and it’s simpler than most people expect. Here’s everything you need to know before you place your first order.
What Makes Weed Delivery Queens Different from Unlicensed Shops
This is probably the most important thing to understand. There is a real difference between ordering from a licensed adult-use dispensary and buying from one of the many unlicensed storefronts or delivery apps that still operate across the borough. Licensed dispensaries in New York are regulated by the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), which means every product on the menu has been tested for potency, pesticides, and contaminants before it ever reaches a customer.
Woodhaven Cannabis Co. holds OCM licence OCM-CAURD-25-000256 and carries flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals, and accessories — all from licensed New York growers. When you order weed delivery in Queens through us, you know exactly what’s in the product because the label is required by law to tell you. That transparency simply doesn’t exist with unlicensed sellers.
Which Queens Neighborhoods Get Weed Delivery?
Woodhaven Cannabis Co. delivers across a wide range of Queens neighborhoods. Current delivery areas include Rego Park, Forest Hills, Middle Village, Glendale, Maspeth, Kew Gardens, Elmhurst, Woodhaven, and surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether your address qualifies, the easiest way to check is to enter it during checkout on the live menu.
A lot of customers who find us through Queens weed delivery searches are surprised to learn we’re already their closest licensed option. Our store sits at 6308 Woodhaven Blvd — right at the crossroads of several neighborhoods. We’ve put together neighborhood-specific guides for many of these areas, including a full Forest Hills dispensary guide and a Maspeth dispensary guide, if you want to learn more about what to expect before you order.
How Same-Day Weed Delivery in Queens Actually Works
The process is straightforward. Head to browse our menu, pick your products, and select delivery at checkout. Orders are accepted for same-day delivery until 9pm. There is a $80 minimum order, and delivery is free — no tip-fishing hidden fees added at the end.
Once your order is placed, a team member will confirm it and a driver will bring it directly to your door. You’ll need to be home and ready to show a valid government-issued photo ID proving you’re 21 or older. This is non-negotiable — it’s a legal requirement for every weed delivery Queens transaction, the same way you’d show ID in store. No ID, no delivery.
For payment, you can pay with cash, debit card, or Aeropay. Credit cards are not accepted — this is a banking regulation that affects licensed cannabis businesses across the state, not something unique to us.

What to Order: A Quick Product Overview
If you’re new to weed delivery in Queens and not sure what to put in your cart, think about how you want to consume. Flower and pre-rolls are the most familiar format for a lot of people. Vapes are popular for their convenience and discretion. Edibles take longer to kick in but tend to produce a longer-lasting experience — if you’re new to them, our cannabis edibles dosing guide is worth a read before you order.
Tinctures and topicals round out the menu for people looking for options beyond smoking or vaping. Some people who deal with everyday stress or tension find that certain products may help them unwind — though it’s always smart to start low and go slow, especially with a new format or product. If you want to dig deeper into how different products may affect you, our cannabis and anxiety guide covers what’s currently understood about cannabis and stress-related use.
We also have a rewards program tied to your phone number. Every order — delivery or in-store — builds up points automatically, so it’s worth enrolling from your very first purchase.
Prefer to Pick Up? We’ve Got That Too

You can place an online order for pickup starting 15 minutes before we open, and orders are typically ready in about 15 minutes. Saturday and Sunday doors open at 9am. Friday and Saturday we’re open until 11pm; all other nights until 10pm.
